The solution

What if there was a course or a book that could teach you how to identify an excellent real estate agent before you hired them, teach you how to negotiate a more reasonable commission and help you navigate the pitfalls encountered when selling your home? What if there was somebody on your side, strictly looking out for your best interests, when it comes time to sell your home?

Now there is. Welcome to ReaListing.

ReaListing has one mission: to help home sellers preserve their hard-earned equity.

How do we do that? By making it as easy as possible for you to quickly become educated on the home selling process, so the decisions you make, including which real estate agent to hire, are made out of knowledge, not fear.

But can't you get that from your real estate agent? No.

Answer these questions:

  1. Do you know how to tell a good real estate agent from a bad one before you hire them?
  2. Do you understand all the conflicts of interest between you and your agent?
  3. Do you know how to dramatically reduce the commission you pay to an agent to help you sell your home?

If you are like most home sellers you probably do not know the answer to any of those questions, and you really need to, because getting them wrong will cost you a lot of money. What we teach at ReaListing is cheap insurance against the needlessly high expense of not knowing those answers.

ReaListing has no business relationship with any real estate agent, nor do we accept money from them to promote them. But we do collect a database of real estate agents who are interested in giving great service in exchange for a fair commission. And any real estate agent who is willing to do that can add their name to our database (click here). The more the merrier. You can contact us when you get ready to sell to see if we have an agent in your area.

If you think you could benefit from The Intelligent Home Seller course or book, go for it. It will be well worth your time. If you are unsure, take our Home Seller Quiz to see how prepared you are to sell your home.

NOTE: ReaListing is not a real estate agency. We are a service that teaches sellers to work with agents more intelligently and more fairly.
